What you buy
One AI agent built by Mark van der Made (Chatbot Marketing Accelerator) inside your own UChat workspace: one omnichannel bot connected to the channels you choose (website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram), with up to 3 AI functions and up to 5 flows, a knowledge base from your website and documents, and the integrations listed on the offer page (calendar booking, Google Sheets, your CRM, webhooks, email notifications and human handover to a live agent).

How it works
- You apply on this page. Applying is free and does not oblige you to buy.
- You book a 30 minute call with me. On the call we check whether your build fits the scope. I may decline a build that does not fit.
- If we go ahead, you pay $97 before work begins.
- Your agent goes live within 14 days of confirming your build, as long as you have provided access to your UChat workspace, your AI provider key and the content the agent needs.
Changes and support
One round of changes after delivery, and 7 days of support after go-live by email. Changes beyond that, and ongoing management, are not part of this offer.
Your part
You provide a UChat workspace on a plan that supports what the build needs, access for me to build in it, your own AI provider key, and correct information about your business. You pay your UChat subscription and AI usage directly. You are responsible for reviewing what the agent says to your customers and for how you use it, including any rules that apply to your business.
Payment and refunds
Payment is made after we confirm your build on the call and before work begins. Once paid, the payment is not refundable, because your build slot is reserved for you. If I cannot deliver the build, I refund you in full.
No guarantee of results
AI agents can make mistakes. I do not promise any particular business result. Results depend on your business, your data, your channels and the AI provider you choose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the build. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.
Your application details
The details you send in the application form are used only to review your application, prepare our call and reply to you by email. They are stored on my own server and are not sold or shared. To have them deleted, email info@chatbotmarketingaccelerator.com. See also the privacy policy.
